DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $1500.00 is required 10 days prior to your reservation and will be refunded to you after your event provided no damages or additional charges have been incurred.

PERMITS: The City of Culver City requires that a Special Event Permit be obtained for each event at 8443 WARNER.  This may require additional fees paid to the City of Culver City.  These fees will vary depending on what Culver City requires for the specific event and may include charges for Police and Fire Marshall, depending on the number of guests.  Unless other arrangements have been made with 8443 WARNER, obtaining the permit is the responsibility of the Renter.  Applications must be made in person at:

City of Culver City – City Hall, Finance Department, 9770 Culver Blvd., Culver City, CA 90232.
City Hall hours are 7:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday.  Closed on alternating Fridays.

CATERING: You are allowed to bring in your own catering and alcohol. However, the sale of alcohol is not permitted. You will also need to provide whatever additional tables, chairs, linens and tableware you require.

CLEAN UP: Anything brought in for your event must also be removed at the end of your event. You are required to remove all trash and decorations. Dumpsters are available on site. Pick ups should be scheduled for the same evening or possibly the following day.

PARKING: Parking is best after normal business hours and on weekends when the street parking is ample and free. Also, the parking lot is generally unused at these times with approximately 20 spaces available. During normal business hours, street parking is free on the north side of Warner Drive and on both sides of Eastham. You are guaranteed 4 spots in the parking lot. Oftentimes arrangements can be made for more spaces in the lot at no additional charge.
